Housing Cancellation Form

If you are a first year student and have not yet moved on campus but still plan to attend UCCS this term, please check to see if you fall under a housing exemption area. The exemption information and form can be accessed by clicking hereExemption forms are not accepted after a student occupies their assigned room space.

 

The following cancellation policy is taken directly from the Housing Contract:
 

TERMINATION BY THE STUDENT BEFORE OCCUPANCY
TERMINATION BY THE STUDENT AFTER OCCUPANCY
IN CASES OF WITHDRAWAL

Alpine Village Apartments: If the Student fails to properly terminate this Contract, then the Student will be assessed charges from January 1 of the calendar year through the first two weeks of classes of Spring semester.
