Resident Assistants (RA)
Resident Assistants (RAs) work with students, faculty, and staff to promote a socially, culturally, and educationally enriching residential community. In this role, RAs develop life skills to become healthier, mindful, and authentic individuals within their campus experience and beyond. RAs promote:

Front Desk Assistant
Front Desk Assistants (FDAs) are responsible for the operation of the village front desks - they are the face of Residence Life and Housing. FDAs help visitors find their way around campus, organize resident mail, and connect residents to campus resources. This is a great position to develop customer service and organizational skills. Stop by the Monarch or La Plata front desks to say hi!
