Mail and Packages

Mail is distributed into residents' mailboxes on regular mailing days and is typically sorted by 5:00 p.m.. Package pick up is at 4:00 p.m. during the academic year at your main village front desk - Monarch for Summit Village and La Plata for Village at Alpine. 

Summer package pick up is available anytime the front desk is open over the summer.

If a resident loses the key to their mailbox, Residence Life will change the lock, issue a new key, and charge a replacement fee. You can learn more about campus mailing on our FAQ page.
