Want the features and independence of apartment living along with the activities and convenience that you would expect from traditional on-campus housing? This apartment community is nestled at the foot of the scenic Austin Bluffs with easy access to hiking and the campus Recreation Center. Designed specifically for our Sophomore through Graduate Student population, Alpine offers fun programming designed to help you meet your neighbors, succeed in school, and move on to life after UCCS. All apartments are furnished with a basic furniture package as well as a full kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. This housing village remains open during winter break; residents are not required to move out during this time unless they are not returning for the following Spring semester.

Students living in all housing areas will have the opportunity to opt in for gender inclusive housing on their housing application.  Information and frequently asked questions about Gender Inclusive Housing can be found by clicking here.
 

REQUIREMENTS

To live in the upper class living options of the Village at Alpine Valley, you must meet one of the below requirements.  If you do not meet any, you will want to apply for Summit Village or the first year living options of the Village at Alpine Valley:

1. Be 21 years of age or older

2. Be a sophomore or above (30 or more credits. Credits taken concurrently with high school and/or credits attained through Advanced Placement (AP), CLEP, International Baccalaureate or similar programs do not apply.)

3. Have lived on campus at UCCS for at least one academic year

4. Be an international student

PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTED RATES ARE FOR THE UPCOMING 2023-2024 ACADEMIC YEAR. Rates will be finalized at the University of Colorado Board of Regents meeting in Spring 2023. Prices are subject to change.
