Want the features and independence of apartment living along with the activities and convenience that you would expect from traditional on-campus housing? This apartment community is nestled at the foot of the scenic Austin Bluffs with easy access to hiking and the campus Recreation Center. Designed specifically for our Sophomore through Graduate Student population, Alpine offers fun programming designed to help you meet your neighbors, succeed in school, and move on to life after UCCS.
Floor Plans
Alpine Valley Apartments housing includes parking, access to the recreation center, laundry facilities, internet, and utilities. Fall 2025 rates will be finalized June 2025. The rates listed below are the proposed rates for Fall 2025 and are pending Regent approval. Dimensions represent the largest possible room available within the respective floor plan.
Furniture: All apartments are furnished with a basic furniture package as well as a full kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Each bedroom includes an extra-long twin bed, a desk with a chair, and a dresser. The shared common room contains a sofa, chair, dining room table with chairs, and an end table.

Note: There are only 5 of these apartments total in all of Alpine Village Apartments, and most are reserved for disability accommodations.

Requirements

To live in the upper class living options you must meet one of the below requirements. If you do not meet any, you will want to apply for Summit Village or the first year living options of the Village at Alpine Valley:
1. Be 21 years of age or older
2. Be a sophomore or above (30 or more credits. Credits taken concurrently with high school and/or credits attained through Advanced Placement (AP), CLEP, International Baccalaureate or similar programs do not apply.)
3. Have lived on campus at UCCS for at least one academic year
4. Be an international student
