This apartment community is nestled at the foot of the scenic Austin Bluffs with easy access to hiking and the campus Recreation Center. Designed specifically for our Sophomore through Graduate Student population, Alpine offers fun programming designed to help you meet your neighbors, succeed in school, and move on to life after UCCS.

Floor Plans & Rates

Alpine Valley Apartments housing includes parking, access to the recreation center, laundry facilities, internet, and utilities. Fall 2026 rates will be finalized June 2026. The rates listed below are the proposed rates for Fall 2026 and are pending Regent approval.

Meal plans are optional in the Alpine Apartments. As such, meal plans are not configured within the rate listed below. Meal plans may be added at an additional charge. Visit the meal plans page for more information on available meal plans.

Furniture: All apartments are furnished with a basic furniture package as well as a full kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Each bedroom includes an extra-long twin bed, a desk with a chair, and a dresser. The shared common room contains a sofa, chair, dining room table with chairs, and an end table.

Apartment Living Requirements

To live in the upper-class living options, you must meet one of the following requirements. If you do not meet any, you will want to apply for Summit Village or the first-year living options of the Village at Alpine Valley:

1. Be 21 years of age or older
2. Be a sophomore or above (30 or more credits. Credits taken concurrently with high school and/or credits attained through Advanced Placement (AP), CLEP, International Baccalaureate, or similar programs do not apply.)
3. Have lived on campus at UCCS for at least one academic year
4. Be an international student
