Village at Alpine Valley
Your basecamp for adventure
Located on the north end of campus, these residence halls give easy access to hiking throughout the nearby bluffs. Each building features a large community lounge area on every floor to allow for the ability to better connect with other students on your floor, as well as a great place to study and enjoy the gorgeous views of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Each building in the village is named after Colorado rivers and peaks. Enjoy programs, entertainment and support you won't find at an off campus residence.
Floor Plans & Rates
Village at Alpine Valley housing includes parking, a meal plan, access to the recreation center, laundry facilities, internet, and utilities. Rates are current for the 2024 fall, 2025 spring and summer semesters. Fall 2025 rates will be finalized in June 2025. Dimensions represent the largest possible room available within the respective floor plan.
Each room includes an extra-long twin bed, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, a bookcase, mini-blinds, loveseat, a chair, an end table and a trash can. Double occupancy rooms have two beds, two desks and two chairs, two wardrobes, and two bookcases. Please note not all suites have overhead lights or lamps in the bedroom. Students must bring their own.

Dining Options
All students residing in Summit Village or the Village at Alpine Valley have the required meal plan calculated into their per semester rate. The meal plan is required for all students not assigned to Alpine Village Apartments.
