Housing Applications

Welcome to Mountain Lion Territory!

Residence Halls on campus

Below you'll find information for applying for housing for the entire academic year or our contracts for just the Spring or Summer.

  • A 300-meal block plan is included for First-year Summit Village and Village at Alpine Valley Student Residents.
  • Upper-class apartment residents have the flexibility to select from all available block plans.
  • Open Room Change Period is available during the 3rd week of the semester.
  • Residents will need to have Mobile ID installed on their phone in order for them to gain access to their residential building and to be able to use their meal plan.

After applying, stay tuned for more information about break stays and move out. Don't forget to check your UCCS email often for specific informational updates such as sign up forms and important dates.

Village Information

Our campus community features three distinct village areas across campus. For first-year or upper-class students seeking a traditional residential experience, we recommend Summit Village or Village at Alpine Valley. Please note that first-year housing facilities are closed over winter break.

For students over 21, international students, or those transferring with 30 or more credits, the upper-class Alpine Village Apartments offer an excellent option.

Each of our floor plans includes internal bathrooms shared only by your suitemates or roommates—no community bathrooms here. Students appreciate our suite-style living, which provides the ideal blend of privacy and opportunities to study, relax, and socialize.

Looking for Rates? Visit our village information page to see floor plans and rates!

Please note that none of our on-campus housing has air conditioning.

Wondering What to Bring?

Wondering what you can bring with you to make the Village seem more like your home? Here is a list of items that you might need, as well as items that are not allowed. Be sure to talk to your roommates to see what they are planning on bringing. There may not be enough room if each of you brings a refrigerator, TV, Microwave, and all of your stereo equipment!
