Summit Village, the Village at Alpine Valley, and Alpine Apartments

• The same requirements for Winter Break apply, with the addition that all belongings must be moved out of the room and suite before the appointment with the RA.
• If a student is transitioning to summer housing, they are expected to follow the instructions detailed in their summer placement letter.
• If the resident missed the checkout appointment with the RA and does not give the RA notice of such cancellation, the resident will be charged $50.00 for an improper checkout, as well as the fee for room and mailbox keys.
• The resident will also be liable for the material sand labor to repair any damage.
